Royalty Gardens offers subscription purchase options on eligible products through our Subscribe & Save program.

Managing Your Subscription

Customers can manage their subscription through their Shopify customer account. Available subscription-management options may include skipping an upcoming order, pausing or resuming a subscription, and canceling a subscription.

Canceling a Subscription

You may cancel your Royalty Gardens subscription through your customer account before your next recurring order is processed.

Canceling a subscription stops future subscription orders. Cancellation does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Recurring Charges

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout until the subscription is canceled.

Subscription pricing, discounts, delivery frequency, and applicable shipping charges are displayed before the initial subscription purchase is completed.

Changes to Your Subscription

Available subscription-management options can be accessed through your customer account. Any changes should be made before the next scheduled order is processed.

Returns and Refunds

Royalty Gardens skincare and cosmetic products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for information regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
